Q: What if I cannot afford to pay my portion of the FORUM’s arbitration fees?
A: In Code of Procedure arbitration, parties who are unable to afford their portion of the arbitration fees may request a waiver. Once waived, a party is excused from paying some, or all, of the arbitration fees. In Domain Name Dispute arbitration, a Complainant must pay a filing fee in order to file a Complaint (a Respondent does not have to pay any fees to issue a response, unless the Respondent requests additional services such as an extension or a three-member deciding panel). In New Jersey No-Fault arbitration, both parties must pay their portion of the administrative fees.
